Shu Reception Station:
The palm oil processing plant starts after harvesting palm fruit skewers and sends them to the palm oil plant for processing. During the harvesting process, fruits should be handled with care to prevent scratches, as scratches can reduce the quality of the extracted oil.
Sterilization station:
The sterilization process follows the process of using a large amount of heat to cook fruits. In this palm oil processing station, enzymatic reactions have also stopped, preventing hydrolysis and automatic oxidation. The outer skin of the fruit (outer skin) is also weakened, making it easier to extract oil from the fruit. This process can be completed through baking/smoking after the threshing process or steaming/boiling that should be carried out before the threshing process.
Threshing station:
Then thresh the fruit skewers and separate the small fruits from the skewers in a drum. It can be achieved manually or mechanically by using palm oil processing machinery - threshers/threshers. The loose fruits are then transported to another palm oil processing machine - a steamer, and the empty fruit skewers are separated and returned to the plantation or used as fuel in boilers.
Digestive station:
Then digest the fruits in the digestive system. This process involves crushing the fruit and heating the flesh before the oil extraction is completed. Heating is important for maximizing oil extraction.
Using a twin screw palm fruit oil press:
Then clarify the oil and perform impurity screening during this process to remove large fiber solids and dirt from the crude oil. Then add water to the crude oil to improve the separation process. After sieving, crude oil is obtained, but it still contains fine solids and water. Remove water by introducing steam into the coil (increasing the temperature inside the coil). The fine solids in the oil are ultimately removed during precipitation, thereby separating the oil from the sludge. Approximately 163 kilograms of oil can be obtained for each ton of palm fruit processed.
Ren Recycling Station: The pressed cakes (fiber&nuts) are transported to the fiber separation system for fiber&nut separation, and the separated nuts are sent to the nut warehouse for temporary storage.
Palm nuts are crushed by a corrugation mill to obtain a mixture of palm kernels and shells.
