How to solve if the spiral shaft gets stuck during a power outage?

Firstly, when too much material is added during the initial stage of squeezing, the cooked oil seeds can be slowly fed and repeatedly ground to eliminate the excess.

Secondly, if the power outage causes the shaft to jam, customers must not reverse the machine, as this will damage the machine and affect its service life. Instead, the components inside the oil press chamber should be gently disassembled, and attention should be paid to placing the screws and rows properly during disassembly to avoid reversing the installation sequence. Clean the removed components before installation.

Of course, if the power outage time is short and does not exceed 40 minutes, there is no need to disassemble the parts of the oil press. But after more than 40 minutes, the machine will have to be dismantled to press the crops.

Thirdly, during the pressing process, there is material breakage in the pressing chamber due to a large amount of feeding, which causes the pressing chamber to be blocked by oil. Therefore, the feeding should be continuous and uniform. In case of blockage, the power should be immediately turned off, the feeding should be stopped, the discharge plate should be opened, the spiral shaft should be exited, the oil in the pressing chamber should be cleared, and the pressing should be resumed.
