2. Conduct a reliability test on the safety valve, adjust it to the working pressure (top left+5, bottom left+1) MPa, and conduct 5 consecutive tests. The needle valve should be sensitive to opening and closing, and the pressure gauge reading should not be lower than the rated working pressure after each valve trip.
3. Conduct a complete machine pressure test, using a pressure of 1.25 times the working pressure. Check that the piston extends to its maximum working stroke and stabilize for 15 minutes. The pressure gauge reading should not decrease by more than 4% of the test pressure; All oil circuits should have no leakage; After all the pressure is removed, the pressure gauge pointer returns to the "0" position, the parts should not be damaged, the pull rod should not have significant deformation, and the moving parts should not be stuck.
